The Problem
"Remote workers are struggling with digital fatigue and social isolation in an increasingly disconnected workforce"
My initial research confirmed that remote employees face significant mental health challenges due to technological dependency and lack of face-to-face interaction. Surveys revealed that 65% of participants reported increased stress levels and 50% struggled to disconnect from their digital work environments.
The Solution
I designed a seamless digital environment that fosters emotional connection and mental well-being
Key Features:
Mood Tracking: Interactive "Log Mood" tools to visualise emotional progress.
Guided Meditations: A curated library of resources to mitigate digital fatigue.
Virtual Social Spaces: Peer support features and virtual coworking to reduce isolation.
Progress Tracking: Data-driven tools to help users manage work-life balance.

My Process: From Insights to Impact
Research & Data Collection: I conducted a structured questionnaire with 22 remote workers to identify specific pain points regarding screen time and mental health history.
Iterative Design: I evolved the project from low-fidelity structures to high-fidelity wireframes , refining typography, color schemes, and interface components based on continuous feedback.
Usability Testing: I evaluated the app with 10 participants. Results showed 8/10 users navigated easily , while 6/10 reported a direct reduction in stress after use.
The Final Design and Deliverables
Part 1: The Eudemonia Website

A polished, user-centric solution ready for the future of work
I designed a comprehensive website to serve as the hub for Eudemonia, offering a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and direct access to mental health resources.
Key Sections: The site includes an "About" page detailing our mission and "Insights" pages featuring popular mental health articles for remote workers.
Part 2: High-Fidelity Mockups & Interactive Prototype

A Polished, Seamless Mobile Experience
These final mockups represent the refined visual aesthetics of the app, incorporating cohesive color schemes, typography, and interactive elements validated through user testing.
Reflections & Lessons Learned
This project taught me the importance of designing for emotional connection, not just function. It reinforced that small design changes—like intuitive mood tracking—can significantly impact a community's daily well-being. I look forward to expanding Eudemonia to include virtual therapy sessions and deeper integrations with enterprise productivity tools.
